hayso — Website Terms of Use
Last updated: 19 August 2026
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Samuel Seymour Lionel Cohen, a sole trader trading as "hayso", based in the United Kingdom. Contact: hello@haysohealth.com.
By using this website, you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.
2. What hayso is, and what it isn't
hayso is software for clinics. It is intended to help a clinic see how its patients are doing between appointments and to support those patients day to day.
hayso supports care delivered by a registered clinician. It does not deliver that care. Specifically:
- hayso is not a medical device, and nothing on this website is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.
- hayso does not prescribe, supply, or arrange the supply of any medicine.
- Nothing hayso shows a clinician replaces their own clinical judgement. Clinical decisions, and responsibility for them, remain entirely with the treating clinician.
- Nothing on this website is medical advice to you or to anyone else.
If you have reached this site as a patient rather than as a clinician: this is not a place to get treatment or medical advice. Speak to your GP, your pharmacist, or the clinician treating you. Never stop, start, change or delay any prescribed treatment because of something you read here. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 999 or NHS 111.
3. The product isn't available yet
hayso is in development. Everything on this site describing the product — features, timelines, availability — is an indication of what we intend to build, not a promise. It may change, or may not be delivered at all.
Joining the waiting list doesn't guarantee you or your clinic access, doesn't create a contract, and doesn't oblige you to pay anything. If we go on to work together, that will be under a separate written agreement.
4. Using the site
You may use this website for the purposes of evaluating hayso for your clinic. You must not:
- use it in any way that breaks the law or is fraudulent;
- try to gain unauthorised access to it, or introduce malicious code;
- submit false information, or another person's details, to the waiting list;
- scrape, copy or systematically extract content from it without our permission.
Do not send us information about identifiable patients through this website. It is not built to receive it, and we do not want it.
5. Our content
We own or license all content on this site — text, design, graphics, logos and the hayso name. You may not reproduce or reuse it commercially without our written permission.
6. Links to other sites
Where we link to other websites, we do so for information only. We don't control them and we're not responsible for their content.
7. Our liability
We provide this website "as is". While we take reasonable care over its content, we don't warrant that it's accurate, complete or up to date, and you shouldn't make a business decision on the strength of it alone.
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or reliance on anything in it, including any loss of profit, business or goodwill.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that can't be excluded under UK law.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
